Post Compositions Operations
Post composition operations allow you to perform additional actions on the output file after it is created. For example, the output could be copied to a printer hot folder, zipped and copied to an archive location. Note that post composition operations are first created in the Settings area.
To add a post composition operation to the process job, select an available operation from the dropdown list and click Add. You can repeat the process to add additional post composition operations to the job.
Post composition operations are processed sequentially from top to bottom. In this example, the output file is first sent to the printer, then zipped, and then archived.
If you add them to the list in the wrong order, you can change the sequence by clicking the up or down arrows, or delete the operation from the queue.
